   If I could give no stars I would. The person who attempted to cut my hair was obviously not a hairdresser. The person couldn't use scissors, thinning scissors, clippers, the hairclips or even the mirror to show the results. My cut was so Val my unpixky partner said you can't go to work on Monday with the back of your hair like that. Wrote a nice complaint to the salon, 2 days later they still gavent reached out. The person cutting hair had as much skill or less than if I attempted to give myself a haircut. This use to be a great salon but all new staff now, do not visit as you'll have to go elsewhere to get your hair fixed.

   I popped into Synergy Hair- Hornby last week to ask for a cut. I had never been there before . I was greeted by Emily and she immediately made time for a cut and dry. After drying my hair we talked over the cut and she asked me about my colour. I told her I had it done a week ago at another salon and I didn’t like the colour, she mentioned a toner would help she then asked me if I had time now to do the toner and I said yes. I was so happy with the result. My hair had previously had yellow tones and it was awful. I left the other salon feeling unfinished. After Emily’s care and attention to detail I left feeling so much better about my hair and the cut was also great. A week later my hair is still looking so good. I would definitely recommend.

   19/02/2024 I got my hair done by Amie, she did the best hair wash with massage I have ever had. Amie really listen to what I wanted with regards my cut and did an amazing job at getting it perfect. Thanks so much Amy you are a fantastic Hair dresser. Best hair cut I have ever had.

   The best haircut I've ever had! Exactly what I asked for, amazing customer service, so friendly and chatty if you feel like it. Another woman walked out with a stunning haircut as I arrived and I knew I was in the right place. I think it's really good value for money too, seeing as I had my hair washed, including a great head massage, cut and blow-dryed. Highly highly recommend!!

   The Team at Synergy Hair Hornby is absolutely fantastic. 2 weeks ago I had my first ever appointment after nearly 2 years of not being to a hairdresser. Booking the appointment was super easy over the Synergy Hair website. Quick response with a personal touch sent shortly after the booking. On the day of the appointment, I was greeted friendly by a staff member at the front and seated. I got offered a hot drink - lovely after a day at work just to relax a couple of minutes before the appointment. My hairstylist JP introduce himself and we had a good chat about what I was thinking of having done that day. I explained that my hair needs a decent cut and that I would love to have my hair coloured pink - I had this colour previously and loved it :) - JP took his time and explained every step of the process. The Team worked well together and helped each other which was lovely to see. Nissa and JP went above and beyond to finish my hairstyle of even passed opening hours. I can highly recommend Synergy Hair Hornby and the team . I can't wait for my next appointment.
