I also like that they have a variety of treatments with really good products and offer different services like nails and massage. In summary: I can’t recommend Paula Renata’s nails highly enough! Got my nails beautifully done by her! I have tried many manicures in Christchurch and she is by far THE BEST! I totally recommend her work and I will be going back soon for more beautiful nails. She was very professional but friendly and her space is very private and calm, which I really loved as I don’t like noisy environments.

April did an excellent job with my hair the first time but unfortunately not the second. Upon reaching out to April to let her know I was unhappy with my hair and see what we could do to fix it she got defensive and tried to blame me. If the result was truly caused by my hair and not as a result of her assistant applying the toner unevenly, then she should have told me in the beginning that she would not have been able to help me. Very disappointed that April would prefer to take this personally instead of handle an upset and unsatisfied customer professionally.
