   I have been to the Cake Box on numerous occasions and have purchased many items from the team including cheese cakes and a special size (larger) vanilla mud cake for my sons 21st. I have also been able to have had the Bonoffi Pie, chocolate cake and recently the most delicious - special order Christmas Cake. The team are friendly and helpful, always pleasant and smiling and the food totally out of this world! I live in Auckland and drive down for special orders - love love love this place and would not hesitate to purchase more!

   Went to buy strawberry and cream cake today. The service is pathetic. They always over charged me. Today its happened third time. Will never go back to cake box. Also they never write anything on the cake. Please dont go to this rubbish cake shop. Reply to your answer :- I have asked you if you could write on any of your cake ?? Your answer was “ NO “. Your rude reply shows your customer service quality. This is not happnd just today. It happened 3 times just in two months. This is the third time I have experienced your rude and money stealing ( Over Charged ) services. Not to see you again…. Good bye….

   Okay I am pretty sure I already left a five star review last time I got a cake here but can I do more? JUST LOOK AT THE CAKE. LOOK AT IT. Yes it tastes as good as it looks. 13/10 sure there are no better cake shops in the North Island. Please do yourself a favour and get a cake from here.

   FOOD..looks great i think better then cheese cake shop but i didn't buy anything this time SERVICE. i think it was out standing Lady that answered my questions .nice and friendly ATMOSPHERE. was clean and tidy. Next time hopefully buy something to eat

   Really nice cakes and lovely service - this is why it is important to support local. We ordered the banoffee cake for a work lunch, there was absolutely none left. Very light and flavourful.

   Ordered a Chocolate Mousse getaux cake for my siblings birthday and it was hands down the best! great customer service.. pricing was definitely affordable, decorated well! and they were open on Good Friday which was defs a life saver lol. I’m not a person to leave reviews but for this I had to! will be visiting again sooon :))

   I bought a Tiramasu gateau as a birthday cake. Not quite like the website pic but very close. Recipient delighted. Well presented and each mouthful was exquisite. I have bought here before and the standard is very high. Many thanks. Service was great too - I called to order it and they couldn't have been more helpful. Full marks.
