   Bayleys Christchurch were very professional to deal with and took the stress away from managing a rental property. I have always managed my own rentals, but as this property was outside my region, I needed to get some help. They had very clear communication from the start, inspection reports were at a excellent level of detail, but most importantly they got great tenants in that looked after our place and paid their rent on time. Would recommend Bayleys to anyone. Special shout out to Grace, she was our property manager. Great to deal with, very professional and always happy to have a chat if need be.
