    I visited the Frankton Burger King tonight and was very disappointed with the service. The staff working the night shift were not professional, and the overall customer service was very poor. I felt that customers were not treated with respect or basic courtesy. I’m sharing this feedback hoping that management will look into the issue, provide better training, and improve the service quality for future customers. This location has potential, but the service definitely needs improvement.

    if you order from the front expect to wait atleast 30 minutes for you’re food and then you’re supposed to call it fast food pathetic honestly there’s only one asian lady working at the front taking orders and packing them why it doesn’t make sense

    We spent $89.10 on our order, only to get home (20 minutes away) to find two burgers missing from the order. That's after asking the guy if the order was complete at the window...... very poor customer service, No way to call outside normal working hours to complain.. This is the second time they have done this to us... Will be giving BK a miss next time for sure...

    I don’t know how Burger King & uber stuff the orders up almost every time, please double check your receipts with the correct items in the bag! I ordered x2 rodeo combos (not that hard) and received 2 completely different combos (which had pickles, that I highly dislike). but it had my receipt on the bag? Like really? All I can do is report to uber but what about the food I actually ordered? Disappointing. Do better.

    I ubered a combo from here to a hotel I'm staying at whilst in Hamilton and it was the worst. They forgot my straw and forgot my sauce for my nuggets which were extremely DRY AND HARD by the way. The chips had no salt on them and tasted like they'd been sitting for hours just like the nuggets. I complained to Uber and they said I wasn't even eligible for a partial refund ! Worst BK experience I've ever had. **Update one month later** I'm back in Hamilton and just ordered another order through Uber, well they forgot the straw again!! I even messaged the Uber driver to ask for a straw and napkins and they still didn't give them. I know it's just a straw but I prefer to just drink out of the cup then pouring it into a glass, there's a straw hole on the cup for a reason. Also the burgers were actually pathetic... the buns and meat tasted like they'd been sitting there all night, I paid for extra mayo on the burgers and they gave less mayo than standard portion lol. The fries were the only decent thing about my order and even those were half full. PS I love BK and never complain about anything but this place is actually awful, never ordering again.     TERRIBLE STORE... Floors are super dangerous and should not be open for public due to health and safety concerns, The staff all wear Hoodies not a single person wearing BK uniforms, Service took 15min and I was the only customer in the store, I was verbally abused when I raised concerns about the standard of service and floor, a staff member told me to lick the floor up myself, manager didnt want to take my concerns seriously and watched her staff e\member verbally attack me... These floors are lined with oil making them super slippery not good for old people or people with injuries etc the floors are like this in almost every Hamilton store, PAY SOMEONE TO CLEAN THEM INSTEAD OF HAVING IHC PEOPLE CLEAN THEM.

    Absolute WORST BK i've ever been to! The staff looked untidy. The counters were dirty. Burgers were stone cold and the meat looked steamed and grey. The bathrooms...just GROSS!!!! Whoever is managing that branch needs a lesson in good hygiene. Would give zero stars is I could.

    The toilets were disgusting, there was no baby changing table, the floor by the drinks machine was wet and slippery so the 1 wet sign was useless. They managed to screw up 1 customers order and didn't seem to care and when asked for serviettes you're made to feel like a nuisance. If they're trying to get less customers then they're going the right way about it.

    Uber delivered the bag pristine and tightly sealed. Open it, and the large fries were missing (and the straw somehow?). Burger was burnt, hard, and cold (it's only a 10 minute drive to my house). A hard piece of lettuce had a short curly hair that I'm hoping to god is a beard hair. $25 for the worst dinner I've had in a long time. It's worth paying the extra money and time to get it delivered from Ward st.

    Really disappointing burgers were half the size they used to be place was unclean floor dirty tables not clean. Makes me laugh because you compare yourselves to McDonalds yet you are pretty much the same. Will stick to Wendys were you get alot more burger for your $$
