   Mu resent interactionto settle my account was incredibly disappointing and frankly, concerning. I had arranged via a previous phone conversation to settle my account that day, and my expectation was for a smooth and straightforward process. Unfortunately, what I encountered was far from it. During my time in the office, I was shocked to overhear multiple conversations about other customers, including details from phone calls. This immediately raised serious concerns about the company's commitment to customer privacy. It's completely unacceptable for sensitive financial information and personal details of other clients to be discussed openly within earshot of other customers. Adding to this, it became clear that the notes from my earlier phone conversation were not followed, leading to unnecessary confusion and delay in settling my account. When I politely requested to review a printout related to my account, the staff member I was dealing with actually snapped at me. This aggressive and unprofessional response was completely unwarranted and only exacerbated an already frustrating situation. The combination of blatant privacy breaches, a disregard for prior arrangements, and rude staff behavior made for a truly terrible customer experience. I expect a finance company to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. My experience fell far short of these basic expectations, and I'm left questioning the security of my own information with this company.

   I came in to ask about my application and get an update a couple of months ago but no one was there, the place was empty. I walked in and said hello but there was a guy with a rose tattoo on his arm who greeted me from around the door behind the desk. He was friendly and got the manager to come assist me with my application. I think her name was Rachel or something? She came down to the front desk and abruptly barked at me about my application. She eventually turned her back to me after a few words and got another worker. I think her name was Katie or something. Once Katie came to help the manger just sat at the back, watched over her like a hawk and barked orders the entire time. I was quite uncomfortable. Anyways I sat on one of the the chairs in the office while waiting for my application to be looked over and I heard more stuff from the manager. The way she treated her staff was horrible. I really hope it isn’t a regular thing because no one deserves that. Being told to hurry up and what they’re going isn’t good enough. It’s degrading. The tone of her voice and barking orders like they’re children isn’t okay. I was extremely uncomfortable and as a customer I should not be hearing what I heard. I hope this review changes how that branch operates and the higher management really investigates how that branch is maintained in a day to day basis. The person in charge of the Hornby branch is not fit to be a manager and needs to be FIRED!

   BAD PLACE Instead finance have brought out faircity finance and have Decided to walk away from the damage from the last owner bring home the same traits from the last owner… steer away from these people do not trust them With their Salesman smiles And calm talking you can trust This is not the real a act To collect your money. 6 years battle with this loan Sharks …i Shutter to know how many life’s of young and people going though hard times and walk in there door they Pray on with Salesman smile walking in the door and no worries on the Damaged to these people’s lives after there smile Disappears with looking for their money… dont walk in there door- this better places to go and cheaper. Maxine Poole wirh 5 stars didn’t you work for fair city… instant finance did Take over fairway Finance but I was emailing and they were getting The emails all the way up to a month ago trying to get this sorted out, They should’ve Contact the people who left Bad feedback to see what sort of business they are buying and sort it out for the people that are still left damaged because of bad people,It is a Cop out to That they didn’t know about this last owners issues,But this is my point these are bad people stare away.
