When you’re trusting someone to look after your most trusted asset(s), it can be quite daunting.. but the team at Red Chilli are extremely responsive, great communication and their checks on the property are very thorough.     Utterly useless and incompetent. Very poor communication. Staff who can't even speak proper English. Don't expect anything to happen at a reasonable pace, rather be prepared to constantly follow up. In response: To put my reaction in context: Inability to communicate properly, read correspondence, understand the details of a contract or carry out basic admin tasks. And as the name says, Big Red flag when dealing with this crowd.
