The shuttle service was excellent! Our driver, Nigel, was incredibly friendly and funny. Our suitcases were very heavy, but he still helped us load them and even placed them carefully in an area without steps. Truly great service — highly recommend!
Excellent service, a very easy experience. Airpark was part of our SNAP rental car pickup and dropoff as our flight times were outside business hours. The staff were friendly, organised and the service is fast. The facilities are tidy, the carpark is completely sealed, and the offices are spacious and modern. After being in some terrible places in Auckland we allowed alot of time for car dropoff - there was no need. Would recommend both SNAP and AIRPARK CANTERBURY and will definately use again.
We had a great experience with the vehicle rental companies located outside Christchurch Airport. Their free shuttle service to and from the airport was very efficient. Everything was excellent, and thank you for the well-organised service.
We had a smooth experience with EZU Rental Car. The shuttle service was very reliable—they were already on standby even before our appointment time, which made it easy for us to get to the airport after returning the car. The car we received was exactly the same as what we booked, in clean and great condition. Just note that the return policy is quite strict: the car must be in the same condition as when you received it. This means you’ll need to wash the car before returning it, unless you’re okay with paying an extra NZD 100–200 cleaning fee. The same applies to fuel—it needs to be at the same level as when you picked it up. Overall, a good and professional rental experience as long as you’re mindful of the return requirements.
Super easy! One call does it all. Easy walk to courtesy shuttle pickup area and hop on airpark canterbury shuttle. Driver loads your bags while you find your seat for a ride. Highly recommend. Great work team!

We love this place. Car is safe, staff to a person are brilliant. Nice safe ride right to terminal, what more could you ask for. Not expensive for what you get. Peace of mind is great
Went out of their way to accommodate us. Excellent staff and knew my car was safe while I was away. Will use them everytime I travel. Cheaper than the airport and free shuttle to and from the airport.
Overall good experience for our early departure and late arrival. We just weren't on the pickup list on our return??? Other than that I'd recommend them as a well priced and efficient service
We booked here as ut was the cheapest at the last minute. $40 for 2 nights versus $80+ for the closer parks. We arrived there and waited about 15 mins for the shuttle but the waiting area was clean and tidy. The staff were polite professional and well presented. We were dropped at the airport in a private area reasonably fast.
