   Wilderness was incredible to work with. When we landed in Christchurch we got a shuttle to their location and were then briefed with the best routes to take and spots to check out along the way the way. They walked us through the entire van and we felt as comfortable as we could when we drove off the lot! The van itself was perfect; it had everything we needed and was a great size for two people. Thank you for a great experience, Wilderness!

   From start to finish we had the most incredibly journey and it wouldn't have been possible if it wasn't for Wilderness. Our motorhome (Sam) felt like a second home to us for our 6 week trip. Our motorhome was clean, comfortable and handled our 6895km journey well. I couldn't praise the staff enough! Everyone was incredibly friendly and informative. The on road support was 10/10 and helped us get a repair done the next morning to make sure we didn't have to go off plan. I wouldn't hesitate to travel with Wilderness again.

   We booked this trip over six months in advance and the booking process was very straightforward. Not having to pay for the vast majority of the trip until seven days in advance was a big help. We were contacted a couple of days before to finalise some details and were picked up at our hotel on the day as planned. The handover was smooth and comprehensive and Max contacted us the next day to ensure we were going fine. We managed 2,500km over 11 days from Christchurch to Auckland and overall it was a very comfortable experience. We loved the freedom to stop and start as we wished and loved the journey up the east coast. A few little things went wrong but nothing that stopped us enjoying the trip. We will definitely return to experience more of this beautiful land and and would highly recommend Wilderness Motorhomes as a quality transport and accommodation provider.

   Good day, from the moment we arrived we were impressed by the professional attitude and service. We received a detailed briefing on the motorhome, help on the road etc, that invoked a positive feeling of confidence in us. The 7.4m vehicle was a pleasure to drive with more than adequate power. We did feel that a holder for a Tablet would be a useful extra! Every thing in the motorhome was very functional, although the double bed was tricky to make up. A few lengths of cord to stop items in the baggage compartment sliding around would be useful, as well as wheel wedges to level the motorhome, as most camp sites where we stayed were not level. On the whole a great experience though. We are missing our motorised of three weeks duration already! Best regards, thanks, Philip and Shirley

   Wilderness is really the best motorhome company in New Zealand with brand new Vehicles that ll definitely make your holidays unforgettable. They provide everything you need with bunch of luxury and cozy ambience inside it. That was my second time with them. I had a blast time with my family around South Island. The assistance even before we start our trip was brilliant, always trying to give you the best choices for what you are looking for.    Wilderness made our trip perfect. We originally booked in 2019 and covid had other plans for us. Wilderness allowed us to keep our booking and made it stress free to book later on four years later. The moterhome was the best way to discover New Zealand. Easy to drive, clean and had all the supplies you need. The staff were wonderful and dropped us back to the airport with plenty of time. Thanks wilderness. Hopefully we will be back in the near future.

   I would like to give a big thanks to the team. I wouldn’t not have so much fun if without this little “ home” for our 11 days road trip. They have everything you need but you will need to get your own dishwashing detergent, not a big deal for us bcz most of the day we stayed in holiday park. But please try freedom camping with wilderness! That night was so cold like around 3-5 degrees? But the heating system works well and easy to use. Unfortunately during the end of the trip, the front mirror was hit by a stone, luckily we bought the VIP insurance, it covered us with 0 payment. Highly recommend to upgrade the insurance. And the teams are so friendly and welcoming us, they will explain to us clearly and gv us a call to check on us how are we doing, this is our first New Zealand trip, definitely will book wilderness again for our future trip! Cheers!

   Wilderness Motorhomes is THE BEST!!!! From the moment we walked into the Christchurch Wilderness Motorhomes office, we were overwhelmed with the amazing service. Brigid was so welcoming and helpful. We were offered coffee and a ton of helpful advice about where to go and what to do. I thought that I knew what our itinerary was, but Brigid opened my mind up to so many wonderful places that I wasn't planning on. She spent so much time advising us on our itinerary and then, when she showed us our lovely motorhome, she was so clear and explained things so well. When we headed out on the road, thanks to Brigid, I felt so happy and confident that we were going to have an amazing vacation and we ABSOLUTELY DID! Thank you so much Wilderness Motorhomes. We will be back! Aloha!
