   Dianna is the biggest slumlord I’ve had the displeasure of knowing. She’s completely uncontactable - we had a broken dishwasher that took over a year to be fixed - a broken front door that was completely unuseable that took a month to be fixed and had our lawns (that we pay to have done “included” in our rent as there’s no garage for a lawnmower) undone for 5 months. And to top that all off we just found out that dianna has been stealing our rent & not paying it to the owners for months!! resulting in my husband and I to be nearly kicked out of our home that we’ve been in for 4 years!!!

   I'm currently with Dianna at Advantage body Corp and to be perfectly honest it's a nightmare it takes forever to get a reply we have had a maintenence bill to pay out of the fund but still waiting for it to be paid out our insurance im still trying to find out if that was paid.We are now trying to change body corporate managers but guess what no reply from Dianna.This is utterly a shambles.

   I moved out of a property managed by Advantage over 8 months ago and have not received my bond. After many attempts to settle this, Dianna has blocked my number. Stay well away from Advantage property management.

   Does not communicate with clients. Has also potentially stolen money from body Corporate fund. Horrible experience.

   Dianne is a fraudster . We cannot access any of our body Corp funds or do a professional handover to the new body Corp. never use this company. Very unprofessional

   Have tried calling the office a numerous amount of times and not one call has been answered. I find this very inconvenient as I don't have the time to physically go into the office due to the hours I work. But in saying that, there shouldn't be any reason why there is no one answering calls at the office.
