Very poor experience. I had a massage booked that I had driven 30 minutes for and was 5 minutes late due to receiving a text about a location change, then even after I text and called to say I would be a few minutes late had my appointment cancelled for someone else. Communication and lack of etiquette left me very frustrated.
I have had numerous deep tissue massages over the years and can say with honesty that Marleen knows what she is doing ! She listens to your needs and has the ability and skill to "read" the body with her hands, consequently she understands what is necessary for best recovery from musculoskeletal issues. Great work Marleen and thanks for the ongoing help I need.
