   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best place ever! Cambridge Coach House is honestly such a standout. The rooms are spotless, really clean and comfortable, with everything you need. The setting is beautiful, peaceful gardens that make you feel like you’re away from it all, but you’re still only a couple minutes from town. The owners are super friendly and welcoming, you feel looked after straight away. It’s the perfect spot to relax, and also ideal if you’re heading out to places like Hobbiton or Lake Karapiro. Couldn’t fault a thing, highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back.

   A very nice overnight though I could base myself here for a few days to explore the area. The gardens are well kept & lovely with birds in the tree line. Communication with reception was helpful & gracious. The room is thoughtfully appointed and comfy. ✔️Heat pump. ✔️Good water pressure. ✔️Comfy reading chairs with a selection of books on hand. ✔️Outdoor chair & table. *It’s not the owner’s fault there’s nearby construction. They’ll sort it all out in time.

   This was a lovely cottage with a pretty garden view. The host was kind and helpful. The rooms each had their own theme and decor that I enjoyed. The shower water pressure was great as well. The location was nice, just outside of town, but close enough for us to see and explore as we had planned.

   This was a good sized, clean room with a kitchenette. The garden in the back was lovely. The bed was ok, not lumpy but the whole thing bounced every time my husband rolled over. We could also hear the nearby road noise more than expected.

   The walls are very very very thin. Could hear the eldery couple next door. Some things you never want to hear!! Also heard the phone conversation both them and the caller. Maybe some sound proofing? Butter would also be better than margarine also or at least a choice. Nice lawns. Only one bedside lamp. Nice bathrooms and good shower.

   Such a Comfortable bed. Gorgeous setting and a lovely room. Good lighting to the unit. Ample parking spaces. Highly recommend. The one negative was the WiFi didn’t get to the room.

   Such false advertising with this property. We stayed in converted garages with paper thin walls and could hear exactly what was going on. The bathroom wasn't clean and it was also a construction site. Not a romantic getaway. The garden was beautiful though

   Lovely place to stay so pretty.. Rooms are gorgeous and the owners were very nice. Beautiful gardens. Only regret we didn't use the pool as ran out of time.. Would 100% stay there again...10/10
