   This is a very lovely place. We went here for a short stay because we were going to Hobbitton, which is 26 minutes drive from here. The view from our room was amazing, and in the back yard you have a lake filled with wild life and a walking path. Little details like quality sopes and moisturizer makes you feel almost at home. We visited the spa which is complementary. It was clean and with double showers and a view from the jacuzzi. We also had complementary breakfast and this was great. Honest ingredients and very good service. You can both order from the meny and take from a buffet. I had an avocado on whole grain toast, with poched eggs and black pudding, my kid had pancakes, and my husband had a beautiful an delicious cafe latte. All in all such a good experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

   I spend 200+ nights a year travelling for work and this is by far THE BEST accommodation experience I’ve ever had. First off, incredibly polite staff that clearly have a passion for what they do. We were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment at no extra charge. It had AC, two bathrooms, two showers, fans in each room, a washer/dryer, full kitchen and everything you needed to cook meals. Breakfast was included and you could pick anything off the A La Carte menu with a drink. I’ve never experienced an included breakfast this good. There was also a hot tub we were able to book and use privately and it was wonderful. The hotel has a deal with the Snap Fitness across the street so I was able to get two solid workouts in. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely stay here again if I’m able to.

   Stunning hotel, that sits beside the lake for those that like going for walks or runs in nature, this is for you. They do have a gym and spa on-site though for those that don't want to leave the hotel. I have stayed here 3 times over the year and each room I have gotten, have always been very clean and have been stocked with everything I could of needed. The staff here from reception to the restaurant as well as the housekeepers are so Incredibly lovely. I highly recommend this place!

   We stayed for 3 days and loved it. This is a fantastic hotel if you are looking for clean modern accomodation central enough in the north island to go to a lot of the main attractions. The service was amazing, such lovely staff that went out of their way to make us feel so welcome. The food was great, the breakfasts were a standout. I would also recommend having a look at booking directly on their website.

   We had such a great time at Hidden Lake Hotel! Right from check-in, the staff made us feel welcome. We were given a surprise room upgrade, which was such a lovely touch. Breakfast at the onsite restaurant, Darcy’s Garden was equally impressive, with a great selection of high-quality options to start the day right. Overall, everything about the stay was smooth, relaxing, and just really enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in the area!

   The rooms were great. Facilities, location, breakfast and service was all spot on. Funny location on a retail park but easy parking and no noise issues. Very close to supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants and town centre. Highly recommended.

   We recently had a lovely family reunion held in the conference room and dinner in the complex restaurant. The team were really accommodating and fantastic in arranging our reunion. The set 3 course dinner was beautiful - which we thoroughly enjoyed!! The only thing we found hard was the acoustics in the conference and restaurant. Really loud and difficult to hear with a group of people.
