I absolutely love Hus, and have purchased many products to furnish my newly renovated house. While there has been an occasional delay, there has always been great communication, and when one product (lamp) arrived damaged, they replaced it immediately. My go to store for all my furnishings. Love it!

Two seperate occasions I have bought things online that they donβt have. What makes this company bad, is that you have to be the one to chase them up on this. When you are told you will get reimbursed, you will also have to chase them up as to where the payment is. On the phone, they say they will call you back, but donβt. Terrible experience with HUS.

Unfortunately our experience with this store was one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I have ever had in this beautiful country. As it is not uncommon these days we asked if possible to take a dining chair to compare with our setting at home. This seemed like the biggest request the store had even encountered and they made us purchase the chair first and stated βif you get home and donβt like the chair then we will only offer you a store credit not a refundβ well with the store having many cool items we took the risk and paid the $289 Once getting home from the store, the government announced a lock down, once the store reopened for click and collect we immediately purchased the other 7 chairs to complete our set, only to be told the price had increased too $389 a chair! Why wasnβt this mentioned at time of a purchase? (Suppliers give more than 2 weeks notice when an increase is being added) After being told that the product would be delivered a week later, week 2 and week 3 we followed up with the store who had no idea who we were or what we had bought, after multiple calls with staff and asking to speak to managers we finally got a call from the delivery agent (not store) saying product would be delivered tomorrow (this was over 4 weeks from our purchase) Yes we had dining chairs!!!!! - no they had sent the wrong colour. Back on the phone we get! The manager organised collection of the incorrect product, this collection was over two weeks later!!!! And the delivery of the correct colour was a further week on that! So far the experience of purchasing dining chairs had taken 6 weeks! Finally the black chairs arrived, we removed the pack again only to find that they were Matt black and not the same chair as the rustic one we had originally bought from the shop. At this point the whole experience was a disaster and we just wanted a full refund and to return all items. The manager of the store was rude to deal with and had horrific customer service having us the customer deal with her supplier and logistics companyβs to collect the product. A further 8 weeks passed before our product was collected and we received a refund! Well Iβm sorry to those people who have worked hard to buy themselves products a 4 month experience to get $4000 refund is a long time and you left us without furniture during the Christmas Period! You store and staff but more importantly yourself was one of the worst purchasing experiences we have ever had with bottle to no professionalism what so ever. As a result I would not recommend anyone to purchase from your store, and to simply use all the other companies that supply product from the Hawthorne group. These shops can be found on their website and will be far more helpful than Hus design
