The food was amazing and so was the presentation. This establishment serves authentic Vietnamese cuisine and traditional Cambodian dishes. And they do them good.

I stopped on my way through Te Awamutu. The dumplings were excellent and the chilli oil not too hot but enough to add a bit of spice to the dumplings. The coffee was also excellent they also had a good range of drinks in the cabinet and I had an organic orange juice. Cost was very reasonable and the staff pleasant and helpful. Recommend

The Vegan Poke bowl at Pickle and Plum was one of the most delicious meals Iβve possibly ever had ! Could easily fill two people for lunch and had the most amazing flavours. Will definitely be going back for another. As an extra touch it would be lovely to have some vegan baked goods in the cabinet !

A bit small area, so if you come with big group better to call up first and ask for table. We just got lucky with our 8 people group. Food wise was good. Not really impressed with Pho, which I had high hope for. A bit sad Banh Mi doesn't have pate (but I understand probably not everyone in Te Awamutu like pate). The Cambodian beef stew was surprisingly really nice, Banh Xeo (with generous lettuces and herbs) and pork burger were excellent. My cousin had chicken curry soup which he loved. Lovely staffs, quick service. I paid for 4 of us ~$140, not bad price for asian food.

We love coming here for brunch, especially for the Beef Pho. Had yummy banana waffles as well last time we came around and loved them. Keep up the good work!

Me and my girlfriend had been driving the backroads since early in the AM and we hadnβt packed any snacks. No sandwiches. No chips. No nothing. Just pure hunger driving us across the country. We finally stopped in Te Awamutu. My girlfriend wanted a Strawberry Matcha from Starbucks. But I told her, babes, I've a feeling we're not in Kansas anymore, how about Burger Fuel? It must have been the hunger but we started waltzing till we found ourselves in the Pickle and Plum. And it was glorious! Glorious hallway cafΓ© leading to a cornucopia of Manuka honey cheesecakes and Almond Orange cakes and there was this painting on the wall of a turtle submerged in the aquamarine blue of the deep ocean. It was glorious! I recommend the Poke Bowl, hold the tomatoes, extra pumpkin. Coffee was pretty good too. My Starbuckβs girlfriend recommends the Pho. 5 Stars.

Stopped in for breakfast and it was all delicious! The keto bacon and egg bagel and bacon frittatas went down a treat. Good smoothie and the caramel latte was tasty and not too sweet.
