   My husband discovered his highly prized white Team New Zealand polo shirt with severe rust stains. The shirt was obviously heading for the rubbish tin. Without much hope, I took it to the team at Pristine who were equally dubious about its chances. However, the Director, an enthusiastic and very personable fellow, took up the challenge. Within days I had a message to pick up the shirt. I was astonished at the outcome. A shirt good only for rags or rubbish was rendered fit for wear again. My husband was over the moon. The Pristine team are magicians! For more mundane drycleaning, you’ll be given a date for completion - yet you’’ll have a text to notify you of your completed job in half the time. Regularly! These lovely people exceed expectations time after time. Highly recommended.

   Flew in from Australia for a wedding and urgently needed a suit pressed for the following day. Initially, they were fully booked and the turnaround time didn’t fit my schedule. But after taking the time to listen and understand my situation, they went above and beyond, having my suit pressed and ready within the hour. They even took the time to compliment the quality and tailoring of my suit, which showed their genuine appreciation for good craftsmanship. Exceptional service, genuine care, and a level of professionalism that truly sets them apart. Absolute lifesavers and a credit to their craft.
