   I really just buy there because I have no opinions in Tauranga, it’s unbelievable uncomfortable and unpleasant having to deal with the staff members, buying a lot of items usually there are 3 or 4 behind the desk just watching me struggle having to open the door and carrying item my item through my car. No empathy, and they look so snobby making you feel not welcome at all, I be been a customer for 10+ years

   Have Been to this store before and it has great stock! However I have given a two star review as I have just driven a long way to come and visit as the Google opening hours said you were open to only find out when I arrived that you had a notice on the door saying you are not back open until Wednesday 3rd of Janurary!!! Please update your open hours for other members of the public to see!

   Purchased the Jeval shampoo and conditioner a couple of months ago just started using it and it gave me chemical burns.So I got in contact with the manger for some advice, to see if a refund was possible. She was very rude and unsympathetic, and said she wouldn’t do anything to help me.
