One of the best subway experiences I have ever had, amazing customer service skills, very friendly staff, and fresh ingredients that were assembled perfectly. The young girl who made my sandwich was named Livia. She was very friendly and made sure my sandwich was made neatly, and no filling fell out well I was eating. Very impressed.

We arrived in store to order our subs and was not greeted by customer services as they were busy with uber orders and prioritised those orders rather than greeting and serving customers who are waiting in front of them. There was no one else waiting so unsure why uber eats were more important than customers waiting in store. Other than that subs were ok - veges were frozen. Toilets not too clean but the overall store seemed clean as not many customers dine in Don’t think we’ll return.
The owner of subway morrinsville saw my review below and took very swift action to put things right and I have been able to continue enjoying very excellent service at subway morrinsville ever since... I'm a very regular subway customer usually several times weekly and subway morrinsville is the branch I would suggest you avoid. I always get the same order and I love it , I have twice now been told I can't have m y normal amount of vegetable because they limit the quantity ! Any other subway loads my sub noticeably more and doesn't mention limiting my vegetable. Next time I'm going through a different town for subway , their loss ...
The 2 teenage girls we were looking after while their parents had a much needed break, wrote their orders on a piece of paper for Grandad to go and pick up. On studying what the girls had written and what the menu was displaying up on the media screens, it didnt appear to make sense. However by simply showing the girls hand written order to the staff member, she simply made up the order which was perfect. Thank you.

So disappointing, one female staff member being very disrespectful to her co worker, a young guys who is clearly still learning. She needs more training on how to work in a dynamic team and respect her co workers.
The last two years being here my subs have looked so ugly, sauce everywhere no cars bout food. This time I got food poisoning, obviously food is outta date & no one cares. Never coming back.
