   Just had top quality laminate wood look flooring and carpet put down covering the whole house. From start to finish we’re impressed. First they had a can do attitude, it was not a straight forward job. Next we are hugely impressed with how good our house now looks. Mike the guy who laid the laminate floors did an amazing job, planning out how the boards fitted so that they looked good in all the tricky corners. Nice guy to have in your home too. Chris the carpet layer also did an amazing job and was also a good guy. We are very happy with the finished product. The price was competitive with other similar flooring outlets. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

   Fabulous from start to finish. Steph was amazing with finding what I wanted to replace tiles and carpet in my kitchen and dining room. Miles was an incredible worker who re-leveled the floor, and the installers (mother and son team) did an awesome job. All were reliable, knowledgeable, hard working, honest and a pleasure to have in my home. I would highly recommend The Flooring Room, and will definitely use them for any future projects. Thank you!

   Penny was amazing in presales. Recommending carpets that would best suit our situation having dogs, and also providing tips on what we should do before the carpet layers arrived. Our 5 bedroom house and 2 living areas was completed in 2 days. Brent and Dallas brought a calm but high energy vibe to the house and were super helpful. Finally, the carpet looks and feels absolutely stunning. We all love it, thanks so much to the team.

Matthew at The Flooring Room was very accommodating to the timing of our renovations and replied to all our queries. He provided samples and recommendations.    We went to the Tauranga homeshow and saw the great specials the flooring room exhibit had, Rose took down our details and not long after the show she booked us in for a quote. Great communication, quick quotes and great recommendations on colour as well as underlay. We had a very quick install after accepting the quote. 2 of the wardrobes got missed due to some miscommunication but the layers were back to rectify very quickly! Great service and I'd definitely go to the flooring room again.
