   Visited 2 times, bought a bubble milk tea, served by a Filipino staff. He was lovely and patient. The last/recent visit was served by an Asian man, who carried/presented with can not be bothered vibe. Will not revisit nor recommend. I stood for what I shared, nothing was made up although the store owner showed very much passive aggressive response. In fact, I was referring to the store owner, who presented the worse version of customer service and slammed my previous review of taking my efforts to leave review on his store. I guess I appreciate I do not have to suck up with dictatorship and passive aggressive style of customer service -thanks for pros of capitalism and father of Google map. Again, my apologies for high expectation after visiting Taiwan, I was treated and assisted with the warmest and kindest service and assistance that could be ever possible, even better than the ones I had in Japan. In addition, I would not get away from having a "bad hair day" being a CSR/sales myself, imagine what my management and potential/existing clients would feel if I dump them tantrum from elsewhere. Sorry I held a very high expectations for an outlets named specialty.

   I have brought the milk tea with pearls for a few times from there and I noticed the pearls were hard in the middle, again. This is the second or third time I had uncooked pearls (or it was not fresh cooked.) from the same shop. Very disappointed, I don't think i will buy milk tea from this shop again.

   I was attracted to the storefront that sells lotsa tea leaves. Good selection and they even have their own blend. Decided to try their BBT, the black sugar pearl with Earl Grey milk tea. The pearl is nice and soft with good black sugar flavouring. But the tea and milk were a little disappointing. Milk was from powder and the flavour of tea was too light. Otherwise would have been nice with the pearls. There was only 1 staff and this orders were quite slow with her having to take orders and also make the drinks.

   Great selection of bubble teas. With choice of coconut jelly and red beans as well. Wide range to chose from their own dry tea to take home.
