Michael was kind enough to collect the keys from the property management office and provided a photo report of the job being done. He was also attentive to the current problems like cat hair and preemtively vaccumed the carpets before washing. Happy with results and will likely approach Amazing Carpet Cleaning again in the future

Excellent communication, prompt service, great job, stains and some weird stuck to carpet bit left by tenants all removed, rugs all cleaned as well, accessed property via key code and alarm instructions and left all secured and re-alarmed, with communication about having been sent.
