   As we had been informed by another reputable cleaning company, the marks on our (15 yr old) lounge suite were too stubborn to be removed, this then led us to consider having our suite recovered, but we soon changed our mind after receiving a quote for $6k. After reading Patrick's reviews, we decided to contact him. Patrick responded promptly and a time was arranged. After viewing our suite, Patrick made no promises but agreed to clean the suite utilising natural products. Wow! what an amazing job! We were absolutely blown away! Patrick had removed every mark and our suite looked like new again. We cannot praise Patrick highly enough for the quality of his workmanship and professional expertise. His services were absolutely outstanding and we we will certainly be getting him back again. Thank you Patrick.

   I cannot recommend Patrick enough. I am a property manager and the last couple of jobs I have given Patrick have been less than easy. One was a living room carpet in a property I have just taken over management of which recently underwent renovation. The living room also serves as a thoroughfare therefore many trades were in and out over a period of about 3 months. I also don't believe the carpets had been cleaned since the last tenant and had large, old stains. Patrick got every single stain out. It looks brand new. The job prior to this was supposed to be a whole flat however, once Patrick got there, he advised the living room was going to take a long time and a few products would be required so would therefore be more expensive than normal. I was extremely pleased Patrick took the time to advise me of this and gave me the option of just having the living room done or the whole flat. Patrick isn't in it "just for the money". Patrick is extremely communicative, responsive and efficient. I will not use anyone else for carpet cleaning.

   I gave Patrick a real challenge this time around. My dog had trashed the carpet with vomit and from the other end! Patrick did such a great job. You wouldn’t know there had been any soiling and staining by the dog once he finished. Patrick is great to work with and nothing is a problem. He is professionally and courteous. I would recommend him to anyone needing services from him. Great work Patrick!
