   I had an issue with the tiles in my kitchen, nothing to do with the tile warehouse at all, but I rang them for advice. Gareth could not have been more helpful, I sent him pics and he knew exactly what the problem was and arranged for someone to come and quote on fixing it. He’s not making any money out of helping me, but he took the time to look at my pics, called me to let me know what was wrong and offered to arrange a tiler he knew would do a good job. That’s great service!

   We thoroughly enjoyed working with the team at the Tile Warehouse. All the ladies ( Linda, Carey & Rebecca) have been very patient & helpful with our order. Their selection of tiles is upmarket & contemporary. Their showroom is modern , pristine and pleasant. In addition, Linda used to work as an interior designer in Gold Coast & she gave us some great advice on colour palettes. Furthermore if Lenny ( the best salesperson) is on duty , he will always come to the door to welcome you :)

   Too upmarket looking for my taste, was much more welcoming and had friendlier staff in previous location some years ago. Maybe I was too casually dressed as that's how the atmosphere of the place made me feel. Seemed quite dark inside. Was offered help eventually but they seemed more interested in their mobile. Was shown mosaic section but only really mosaic style tiles for splashbacks, not for crafting. Went in specially as they used to have them but no longer. Won't be going back. Their competition around the corner much better place to visit.

   We have had the best experience dealing with Andrea at the Tile Warehouse Hamilton. She provided advice, quotes and went a bit further when the tiles we wanted were out of stock. Andrea and her colleague took photos of the new tile choice with our chosen flooring, emailed it to us and helped us put our order through. Thanks team.
