   Good honest shop, Really glad I found this place, in the past used the big name places. They quoted more than double for the same product. I didn’t mention this when requesting a quote and these guys were half price and easily double the customer service. Will be recommending Tyre Tracks to my friends and family. Cheers guys

   Great service - smooth & hassle free service from Matt and the team there at Tyre Tracks from booking in to drive away. Dropped the car off in the morning - 4 x Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tyres fitted and wheels balanced - and picked up the car shortly thereafter. And some great advice from Matt on using the new tyres too. I’ll happily be using them again.

   I feel my personality matches well with the way they do business here and I have just left the shop. Their after-sales service is very good and the front desk staff are straight up and efficient. What made me even more satisfied was their tyre technician. In my experience it’s rare to meet a tradesman with that level of craftsmanship. The technician even said, “I wouldn’t want your wheel falling off on the road”.

   If I could give this place a zero star I would, I would not recommend this placs at all. The owners very rude. We paid over $2000 in cash and they took it, but the tyres that they gave us had parts missing, when we asked them about it they said that they couldn't do anything. We asked for a refund, but they gave us wrong parts that don't even fit into the tyres. Very dissapointed that they had scammed us.

   I am having trouble with loose terminals, and this place was closest to where I was parked up. The gentleman who was at the reception took a look at my car and showed me a quick fix until I could get it fixed. I really appreciated his fast service even though it wasn't a service the shop provides. At a quick glance, the shop was tidy and full of vehicles, and everyone was busy.
