Fish was nice , crispy batter, nice chips, wontons had no flavour, needed to be drained longer ,as a little greasy too
I really loved their crumbed blue cod......but the 5 I ordered today was the worst I ever had......very small fillets with about 8mm thick coating..the staff has to be a master of coating to make it like that..our dog was happy with it though.
I have been buying fish and chips here almost weekly for the past 16 years. Fish is ALWAYS fresh, which is often not the case when I occasionally order at other takeaways and restaurants. I usually get the blue cod... best in town! Most of the time the chips are great too.

Consistently good fish and chips, fish always tastes fresh with light and crunchy batter. I prefer the crinkle cut chips to their regular ones and the corn nuggets are really good too!
Chips were fine but we ordered 3 fish for 3 people and 1 piece was less than half the size of the other 2! Not happy people even though only a 10 minute walk away couldn’t be bothered heading back to busy shop.

Consistently good fish and chips, fish always tastes fresh and the batter is good, the chips are nice and crisp. Make a phone order so you can be in and out quickly, but ask for the wait time before hanging up as they don't always say how long it will be. Overall great fish and chips at a fair price
Tonight we thought to try the prebbleton fish and chips. We got 2 fish, 2 crab sticks, 1 hot dog, 1 chicken pattie, and half a scoop. Fish were great 10/10, crab stick aswell 10/10, hot dog was the savaloy ones and decent size 10/10, chicken pattie is ya standard average one I wish they done home-made so 6/10, chips 10/10! Overall a great feed we are all full and happy!
