   I just had a tremendous service experience at Harmon Automotive. My rear window in the suzuki got stuck down and it's raining here today. Natalie the receptionist said come in now and we'll get the window up and make a further appointment to fix. When I arrived Bark, who I believe is the boss said I've got a few minutes, let's have a look. He fixed the window and was very polite and provided outstanding service with me back on the road in 20 minutes. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

   While washing the car on a late Friday afternoon I was horrified to see a large screw well embedded in a slowly leaking tyre. I phoned the business hoping I could get a puncture repair job done urgently as I was about to commence a long distance drive. Harman’s were very accommodating given it was getting late in the day. The job was done as soon as I arrived and with great customer service (thanks David). I left the business feeling very happy.

   Highly recommend Mark and his team. I was a tad stressed as my son's car had 2 flat tyres in Papamoa and we live on the other side of the bridge. The service was prompt and very professional and lovely lady on reception was so helpful. If I lived in Papamoa you would be my first choice for our cars.
