What an excellent and informative tour. Molly was lovely and very knowledge about the entire process of distilling. The tastings were great. I would recommend anyone who is interested in the process of distilling to take this tour. OR anyone who likes a drop of gin or whiskey take the tour and learn How it’s made
This place is a must visit if you like Gin. We only had a few hours to spend in the city and just walked in before closing time just to check it out and we were blown away by the hospitality Keiyu showed us. He gave us an unofficial tour and a tasting that we will remember for awhile. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Our favourite Gin was the Ruby, you can literally drink it straight and enjoy it. Thanks again Keiyu.
We were privileged to have a brief but personal tour of the Distillery. A must do for all Gin lovers. The tasting experience is amazing to share with friends. The knowledge and passion behind this team is exceptional. A Must Do for local Cantabrians and Tourists alike. Call ahead for a booking if more than two or three people.

Super tasty gin! Especially like their Sloe Gin. We went to the distillery on a Friday evening for cocktails. They had a food truck and had set up seating in distillery itself which was really good! Cocktails were tasty and the staff were friendly. Will definitely be back!

My wife and I had so much fun visiting Curiosity, hearing about the gin and whiskey making process, touring the facility, and trying the delicious gins. Our guide, Anthony, has a great sense of humor and a passion for making spirits. Highly recommended if you're looking for something a little different!
