I have been seeing Janine for all things hair for years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Janine offers high quality service and always goes above and beyond to creatively work with my changing needs as a performing artist. I have had various types of hair extensions both permanent and temporary and she is the best in the business for these types of hair solutions and holds a lot of passion towards this. Janine also makes her own hair products (shampoos, treatments etc) that are natural and affordable and smell divine. As a blonde my hair needs a bit of extra love and I now exclusively use her hair products. I am also a massage therapist and recently Janine has made a range of body oils that my clients love, I have worked with a lot of different products over the years and these are a firm favourite with a gorgeous range of high quality ingredients and scents. Highly recommend in all areas.

RUDEST PEOPLE EVER!!! Janine is very rude and made me cry. Telling me how I can’t accept people challenging me because I was being real to her without being rude. I was 20min late and I said that I was very sorry, my Uber was very slow as I come from overseas I don’t drive here yet. And I’ve apologized multiple times and she is telling me that well she can’t do nothing and telling me all this thing about how it’s not her problem that I’m late. Like literally I felt like she was talking to me like I was her daughter or something. Really messed up. And also Mackenzie 2 days go when I went to get my extensions once she didn’t place my extension properly so I went back and I asked her if she could fix it as I’m traveling and won’t have time to come back and she said “ well I can’t help you “ so I was like okay but I really need it and it’s literally 5 min job and she told me front of everyone “ well I’m not taking any attitude right now “ ABSOLUTELY CRAZY TO ME.
