   I had come over to the dairy this Sunday gone all the way from Rotorua to use the Bitcoin machine and the guy who was on was very rude and basically kicked me out because he wanted to leave early. He kept saying that the fog cannon and alarms were going to go off at 8:40pm if I wasn't out of the shop all because I'm Maori. I know that the alarms don't go off at a certain time unless they are preset to a certain time to turn on and the fog cannon doesn't go off by itself unless it is faulty or you have to push a button. Either give him a warning or get rid of him as he has no interest in helping your business flourish. I have never been so humiliated in my entire life

   It's new and there are problems with organisation. NEEDS A LEADER. The young staff are really hardworking and couldn't be nicer. A request for scrambled eggs came on a side plate and was cool and quite chunky. The coffee was horrible. I hope they get their act together as it's a much needed cafe for the area. Unfortunately there is a lack of robust management and they should have done a soft start to iron out problems.

   They have remained open for all of us through lockdowns. The community owe them a deal of thanks and gratitude. Kind and helpful owners selling essential food and goods in this emergency we are in. Every care taken to keep the customer safe and complete compliance with government safety rules.

   Handy lil dairy, reasonable price,friendly staff but there are always kids around in the shop. Sometimes they even carry them while serve the customers. Not good for the kids no professionalism at all. Poor kids.

   My Grandaughter & I go there specificly to buy our ice-creams in a cone. They have delicious flavours. Easy parking & friendly staff.
