   This is a great wine shop. It was nice to drop into one store near the ferry and have all the local wines available to take with us. We tasted at several great wineries on our bike ride around Waiheke but couldn’t buy very many bottles since we had to fit them into our bike packs with our other gear, which was unfortunate. Luckily we were staying near the Wine Center and they had a lot of the wines we liked! The lady helping us was very friendly and knowledgeable. After hearing what we liked about the wines we had tasted, she recommended some other wines we hadn’t tried that we bought as well, and the recommendations were spot-on. Good wines, nice and informative people working there, and extremely convenient for being near the ferry terminal to grab some extra bottles on the way out!

   Spending our honeymoon on the island and so impressed with the shop. It goes without saying the selection is insanely impressive. But the customer service is where they excel. The lady running the shop was so knowledgeable and interested in pointing us in the right direction. We have a pretty experimental taste and she knew exactly what we would like and pointed us away from bad decisions and towards one’s we fell in love with and will remember forever.    Christine sorted our wedding wine/drinks order and we are over the moon with her work! So friendly and so easy to discuss over phone and email what we wanted. She sent a list that was right on brief and within budget, with really creative solutions to make sure we got the best possible for what we could afford.
