   I absolutely love Seido Tauranga Karate Club. Whether you are 70 years or 7 years, you will feel at home in this club. I love how multi generational Seido is. It's also family friendly. Many parents take the opportunity to share the experience with their children. Seido Tauranga has experienced, passionate and charismatic leadership. Lead by Kyoshi Rick with the added wrap around support of several Black Belt Senpai's. Whether you want to increase your fitness, build confidence, learn self defense and Karateka technique, smash goals or fellowship with a great group of people - Seido Tauranga ticks all the boxes.

   My ten year old daughter and I joined Seido karate a year ago to do some skill base fitness together. Have loved the sense of community in the club and the family environment. All ages from about 9 years old to 80 years old! It was great to be able to do a trial for a few nights to get a feel for the discipline before committing. It's a very manageable $55 per month fee for both me and my daughter to attend. It's a very inclusive and welcoming space. Love using the Boys College hall as it's so spacious and centrally located.
