   Most disgusting customer service iv ever come across with no help to resolve issues and let a elderly woman with a obvious broken foot not have an xray because of a acc form that was in no way relevant to the referral. Receptionists should be fired or seriously reprimanded i will not be returning and will be telling everyone I know never to go there.

   Went for a growth anti natal scan at 27 weeks I asked if I turned my phone on airplane mode could I take a pic of my baby as I wanted to capture his beautiful face to send pics to family over seas , the ladies said no! I assumed they would try to get a good pic, so I left it at that Multiple times there was a perfect face profile to snap a pic Not really any conversation, not even a smile from the two that took my scan not even at light hearted jokes So anyway all wrapped up and they print me a picture , my heart sank it was blurry and not worth keeping Also I paid $45 I'm TERRIBLY dissatisfied this is not a memory nor picture I can cherish or share especially when there was MULTIPLE times an amazing pic could have been taken Not on promed house !!
