   A few months ago I had my car serviced. I was told there was a problem with the brakes that won't pass a warrant. I took it in yesterday, 18/12/25, after booking it in. They were 2 mechanics short so I had to change the date till Monday. No communication at all about being short staffed. I took my car for a warrant check this morning & it passed. There was nothing wrong with my car. Now maybe it's because Im a woman, however my trusted is broken. Won't be back.

   I went to ADR this morning about my seat belt sticking which stopped me getting a WOF. The guy in charge was brilliant. Fixed the problem in 5 minutes and saved me $750. Amazing service. I will be back. Thanks heaps.

   What a truly professional ,efficent service I experienced today,from owner Glyn at ADR Automotive at Judea in Tauranga. My brake discs which were previously replaced, had not really performed as the should have. Although out of warranty sometime ago Glyn and front of shop person Amber worked together and sourced replacement ones Glyn then replaced the disc's without hesitation Worked on the car with speed and efficiency Ensuring the car was safe and sound for many more kms The lovely banter between them all in the workshop was so good yet professional. I highly recommend them for any Automotive work you need done. Its a credit to Glyn and his staff for such efficiency and performance We need to support small businesses like this Well done team Thanks Shelley Ridge
