Went in for a re-check of my WoF and had to wait for almost an hour. The re-check was done within less than 5minutes. I even informed the inspectors that it was only for a re-check and expecting to get me through the line but they didn't. Not happy at all. Poor service.
Went in for my restricted and came out pleasantly surprised with the experience. My testing officer John made the test go as smoothly as he could for me, and the lady at reception was very accommodating to my circumstances and was also a joy to talk with. Overall, it was somehow an enjoyable experience.
The driving officer John at VTNZ, Frankton is top-tier! He was calm, patient, gave clear instructions, and just adjusted my nerves so I can focus on driving. His feedback boosted my confidence to continue driving safely and I highly recommend him.
We had a very positive experience at VTNZ Frankton. John, the testing officer, was kind, patient, and understanding. He created a calm environment during the test, which helped my wife feel much more at ease. After the test, he also took the time to provide clear and helpful feedback. Excellent service overall, we highly recommend VTNZ Frankton for driver testing.
Oof service was.. rough, they were understaffed which is understandable tensions are high but we waited an hour and a half, got pushed between lines back and forth - people who had come after us going first despite being In the same category, just to be told the name isnβt on the system, went to AA and they found it right away.. less agility and far more helpful. Hope you guys employ more staff as your own staff donβt deserve to feel that stressed
Went in to renew my driver's license today, the ladies behind the desk are kind, helpful, respectful, knowledgeable people proficient in their duties. This VTNZ has always been my preference and is definitely my go to. Please give these beautiful hard working ladies the pay rise they deserve.

Tried my driving test first time in Frankton branch, was worried about knowing high failure rate but passed in my first go for full license test! Mr Kristoffer is really nice and had a really pleasant experience! Iβm very happy about it, only star off from no toilet available, when waiting in cold wind really needed to use before a test started.
It was great experience as I appeared in my practical driving test for full license. The instructor (Mr. Laurence) was very polite and made me comfortable throughout the test. I really appreciate his calmness and the way test was conducted. I passed in my first attempt. Will recommend any day.
