   We had a preapproved home loan declined a week before our conditional offer was due to expire. The agent recommended we get in touch with Stu and so glad we did since not only did he get us approved with another lender on time, while we waited for settlement day in 90 days since the property was tenanted he also got us approved with our bank (our preferred option) who previously declined when we applied directly to them. Stu was very easy to work with and gets results fast, would highly recommend.
