Booking for shuttle was confirmed but driver had arrived 30 mins earlier and taken another passenger. After 30 mins company sent a taxi in lieu promising the same rate they had originally agreed to..but this was not the case, it was more expensive. Driver of the Taxi was quite rude and unprofessional.... stating if we didn't pay his rate then we wont be riding with him. Ended up going with the taxi as it was cold and we were tired and just wanted to get home.
