Rang the Hamilton Fully Equipped branch and inquire about a pipe vise. The sales person said he has heaps in stock. I went there and after about 45min this salesmen said he has no stock, pathetic service. Must be difficult to find one because after 2 days no feedback. I won't recommend them

The mountain top roller has provided a secure lockup for my Ute. It is really simple to use and is really functional for my needs. Graham and the team were really helpful and knowledgeable. My partner and I just got our ute canopy repaired and modified. My partnerΒ is away a lot, so I was the one who organised it all with Graham. I was probably the most annoying customer of all time, I had a million questions, and changes, removed some things, added others... even I got annoyed at myself. But the whole time Graham was helpful, dedicated to my questions, replied promptly like nothing was a problem, and gave me all the options and personal suggestions as I needed them. It was over a six month process, and probably not the biggest sale, but he never made me feel like I was a waste of time. Once finally booked and we travelled from Coromandel, my partner had a bet with me that it would take longer than a day. But onceΒ we were there, the service from the front desk to the workmanship was incredible. Graham was just as awesome in person, and spoke to me as an equal to my partner - I often get sidelinedΒ as a woman when dealing with guys type stuff. We are really stoked with our repair and modification! It has already made a huge difference to our and our dogs lives.Β We left with a couple of suggestions regarding better mesh options, but that was from an informative view, not at all a pushy sales view. Will probably look at getting these in the future. Thanks!
