   Booked these guys in for NYE trip back from High Life to the local Plume Villas 3kms away. They charged over $45 pp return for the trip in a shared shuttle of 10 people (ie $450 for the round 6km trip). We couldn’t locate them for the return trip and had to find our own way back. Really inconvenient not being able to find them at the end of the night after paying such a premium price, found out you can just get your own taxi for the same price for this route so would recommend that for anyone looking for NYE transportation to and from these venues, taxis were there ready and waiting to go straight out the main exit with the buses.

   Great service and good value too. Very new 11 seater bus and the two different drivers I have met have been good. Very flexible about short notice trips too. Why bother driving yourself in Matakana/Omaha?

   Having used The Concierge a few times now I had to write a review about how fantastic they are. Whether it be a short drop off to a local bar or a full day wine tour they truly make you feel special and welcome. They are reliable, friendly & incredibly knowledgeable about the area & surrounds.

   We are delighted with the service Tracey, Wayne and their team provide for our corporate and leisure guests. Their vehicles are of a very high standard and are immaculately clean. They always go above and beyond and very importantly make sure no one is left behind. Thanks team, keep up the good work. It is greatly appreciated!

   This service is great. They are always reliable and nothing is ever too much trouble. All the drivers are friendly and chatty. Brilliant for when you want a night out without worrying about have one too many drinks. Good value too. Even if its just 2 or 4 people the price great especially for a vehicle that is always immaculate . As I always say "much cheaper than a lawyer"

   We used this service to get a ride from the Sawmill Brewery to Matakana village (less than 4km). The cost was $30 which I thought was fairly outrageous. When I called the driver did say he was not a taxi service but his number was listed in the brewery with the other taxi options so I didn’t realise there would be such a big difference in cost. The next night we used Matakabs which was only $15. If you have a large group then maybe The Concierge could be a good option if you share the cost.
