Great Agent. We highly recommend Murray Lloyd. We found him extremely knowledgeable of the real estate industry and also of the area that our property was situated. He kept us regularly updated throughout the selling process. We live in the North Island and thought selling a property in Christchurch would not be easy but Murray took away any stress and worries that we had. Justine has been a lovely property manager. She has always acted promptly for maintenance issues and was always easy to reach when we had any issues at the property. She did her inspections thoroughly and guided us on how to maintain the property properly (this was our first time leasing a property as we were on student visas). My daughter and I had viewed and been shortlisted for many rental properties and missed out on them for whatever reason, which is very sole destroying in this very volatile rental market. Daughter pregnant and needed to be in a flat asap and time was running out. Sandy Clark had a property for rent and was like a breath of fresh air at the viewing and to deal with. Sandy was so warm and approachable plus took the time to get to know us and understand our situation and then helped us so much during the application process and kept us informed along the way. Nothing was a problem. We were lucky enough to be accepted for the property and Sandy once again helped us with the completing of the forms required and ensured we understood everything. Sandy was also very quick to respond to any questions we had. I cannot recommend Sandy enough, she is a true professional, a caring agent who will go the extra mile for her landlords and tenants, thank you so much Sandy you are truly amazing at your profession.

We have had an excellent relationship with Sandy and the Professionals team. We bought the property from Professionals and they put us in contact with the property management team, we have been with them ever since. Their inspections are conducted throughly and if anything needs attention we are contacted promptly. As we are busy people ourselves Sandy makes it easy as she handles all repairs/maintenance issues for us always getting quotes firstly then once agreed to by us gets the issues resolved. They have found us excellent tenants who look after our property. We highly recommend their services.
