   Eves Rototuna are the most unprofessional and laziest business I have dealt with. We were renting a property under them. Moving into the house it was obvious that the house had not been cleaned well prior to us moving in. Little after 2 months of being there the house was put on the market. We were promised that we would be well looked after and that they would try there best to help us find a new place to live. This did NOT happen. We had to have open homes twice a week every weekend until I stood up for myself. This even happened in a tropical cyclone. Not one property was shown to us in this time. They did nothing to help us. When it came to move we cleaned the house to a standard that was a lot better than how it was left when we moved in. Eves still had problems with this and as a cash grab made us pay for a cleaner. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Horrible people!!

As first-time buyers searching for a property with specific disability requirements, our journey began in 2019. After an extensive search, we almost gave up hope until we stumbled upon an open home for a property on Kentucky Crescent in Nawton. From that point on, Rohit's knowledge of the industry and sales training, as well as his genuine compassion and energy for his job shone through. Throughout our home buying experience, we had numerous queries which Rohit answered patiently, without any pressure.
