AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! This was my first time moving out, so I wasn’t fully familiar with the process—but the people I lived with were. From day one, the house had multiple damages and broken fixtures. Did the company repair any of it? No. Did they respond to emails or concerns? Also no. When we moved out, they unfairly kept my bond to “fix” an issue that had already been addressed long before. This company is dishonest, cheap, and completely unprofessional. They made the entire experience stressful and unpleasant, clearly prioritizing profit over people. Shelley, in particular, was a major source of the issues. Asking tenants to fix things themselves with a promise of a bank transfer reimbursement? That’s unacceptable and, frankly, shady. I genuinely don’t understand how this company is still in business. If you're looking for a place with decent landlords who operate legally and respectfully. look anywhere but U Trust. This company is a nightmare. If I could I would rate this HORRIBLE company zero stars!!
