The flowers we ordered were just beautiful and fresh! We ordered a medium Cottage Boxed arrangement and were super pleased with the colours and combination of flowers! The following week, the recipient told us how beautiful they still were so that was even an extra! Thank you the good communication, lovely service and beautiful flowers!
Great service and presentation for my wedding flowers, just not at all what I asked for. I specified no lime green, and the bouquets were very lime green. It clashed with the muted colour palette of the wedding. I asked for manuka, which was kindly included, but it was the only ashy green in sight. Iām just so disappointed.
Such amazing service from Petal Passion! I ordered flowers for a friend without realising she was overseas. Instead of leaving them to wilt at her door, the delivery person confirmed with a neighbour she was away, took the bouquet back to reuse, and redelivered a fresh bunch the following week. My friend loved the flowers and said the delivery person was super friendly. Truly above-and-beyond service ā highly recommend!
Communication with petal Passion was effortless. I live in Brisbane and the flowers were for my sweet sister's 50th birthday who lives in Hamilton. The arrangement was stunning. I will definitely use Petal Passion again and refer them to my friends without hesitation.

The botanical vase arrangements are wonderful - stunning flowers which last for ages (because they are never without water), and stay in the beautiful arrangement that the florist intended (ie: not disrupted when putting into own vase). I don't live in NZ but have purchased these via their website a number of times as gifts for contacts I have in the Cambridge region. Thank you Petal Passion. Keep up the good work :)
