He genuinely didn’t care what my situation looked like — only about getting the best outcome. He worked hard to pitch my circumstances properly to the banks, and I was amazed to end up with several pre-approvals. Thanks to Neal, my kids and I are heading into Christmas feeling secure in our very own home, which is honestly the best Christmas present ever.
