   Incredible experience with the Sportive NZ demo team! I had the pleasure of spending the weekend up at Mt Hutt with the Sportive NZ crew trying out the new season’s skis — and wow, what an experience! The team was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and genuinely enthusiastic about sharing their expertise. They took the time to walk us through each ski’s features and helped match the gear to our style and ability, making sure everyone got the most out of the demo. Their setup advice and product knowledge were next level — you could tell they really live and breathe the gear they represent. Big shoutout to the entire team for being so approachable and making it such a fun, insightful, and professional weekend. Can’t wait to hit the slopes this season with what I’ve learned. Highly recommend connecting with Sportive if you’re looking for top-tier advice and cutting-edge gear!

   "I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and distress regarding a disturbing incident involving a staff member from Sportive. I received a series an offensive and threatening text messages from this individual. (Which I am happy to share on your reviews. ) Upon investigation, I discovered the staff member's identity through their voicemail, which explicitly stated their affiliation with Sportive. Despite numerous attempts to contact Sportive's management, including sales, accounts, and the owner, Ivan, my concerns have been consistently disregarded. The lack of accountability and action taken by the company is alarming and reflects poorly on Sportive's values and commitment to customer satisfaction. I hope that by sharing my experience, others will be aware of the potential risks of engaging with this company. I encourage everyone to carefully evaluate Sportive's business practices and treatment of customers before making any decisions. Please note that I have taken screenshots of the text messages and have documented all correspondence with Sportive's management. I hope that in the future, the company will take incidents like these seriously and take appropriate action.

   Excellent customer service. I contacted them to purchase a replacement fan for my Traeger, not only did they send the fan same day, they covered it under warranty (I wasn’t aware the warranty period was 3 years). I have just replaced the fan and it’s working perfectly. Fantastic, fast service. Thanks!

   Bought a $4K pellet grill and have some issues. Responsive to questions and happy to provide the parts under warranty (tick), but expect you to fix it yourself. Great idea when it is electrical and plugs into 240v mains!!!! Otherwise take it into the dealer, after much pushing but that requires a hire trailer. Not what you expect when spending that sort of money on a cooking appliance.
