Chateau Pritchard is an excellent place to stay. Barbara was the most wonderful host, she made us feel right at home and supplied us with everything that we needed. We had a wonderful view of the alpacas paddock, funny creatures. Our room was simply beautiful with such unique pieces of furniture. I will be telling everyone I know who goes to Christchurch that they must stay at Chateau Pritchard.
An Absolute delight! Beautiful setting, huge lovely room and perfectly appointed. Barbara's previous life as an interior decorator is evident everywhere. The room is beautifully furnished and comfortable with high quality finishes. The Hot tub was a godsend after a long day. Barbara and Neville are lovely, attentive and interesting. And the breakfast was spectacular.
I thought it would be cold in the South Island in winter, but instead it was sunny and tree-lined. I'm in Lincoln, staying at Chateau Pritchard. It's not far from Christchurch, but it's quieter than Christchurch. There's a famous university here, Lincoln University. It is easy to drive to various attractions from here. The owners are an amiable couple with their gentle dog. I loved walking barefoot on the grass in their garden in the morning, listening to the birds singing and soaking up the sun. At night we sat in the open-air SPA bathtub and looked up at the skyfull of stars. Barbara, the owner of the house, a lady with a sweet smile, can cook all kinds of delicious food. During our stay, she gave us a lot of help, just like our relatives. I highly recommend it and would choose to stay here next time if I had the chance.

Absolutely exquisite property with the most charming and welcoming hosts, my expectations were completely exceeded and made our anniversary night the most romantic and spoilt night ever. We will most certainly be back
This is one of the best farm stay in Canterbury and I have really enjoyed my stay here. Thank you so much. I must appreciate about the accommodation I received here. This was really a special stay at this place. Thanks to all and I hope to come up yet again.
We had a fantastic evening here, a beautiful Thai meal, fantastic hosts, a soak in a hot tub and then the following morning a great breakfast with the log burning warming us all - highly recommend
