1★ Ordered a Veggie Hash Burger, it arrived without the hash. Just a bun with underripe tomato, cheese, and lettuce. Chips in the other orders had zero seasoning, not even a single grain of salt. Poor food quality and zero attention to basics. This place clearly has ongoing issues and deserves its bad reputation.

Customer service is non existent. You get ignored when you stand at the counter for service, you have no choice but to use the self check out. I wanted to ask about a bulk order, but left without sorting that as I couldn't actally talk to the staff.
I was really looking forward to my meal at KFC, but it was a huge letdown. We spent $80, and everything was cold. The chips were soggy with a brown tinge, and the chicken and burgers were cold too. It was just after 7 p.m., so it wasn't an odd time. We won't be going back. This was the worst KFC experience ever.
34 minutes, waiting!! my little brother (12) ordered his stuff they forgot it. he said didn't even taste worth it. Terrible sevice and a bad Restaurant.We left straight away. Useless people
Original recipe just doesn't taste the same anymore and the potato and gravy has a weird taste. I will smash back some wicked wings though
They got our order completely Wrong it wasn't Cool at all especially after having to wait 15 minute's!!! I'm never going there again we got a refund & went to McDonald's at least they can get your order rite. :(
Went in, tidy, touch screen's not working, so had to go to front counter to be served. Only 1 other person in front of us. 2 cars in drive through. After 10 minutes waiting to be served. We walked out. Still not served. Terrible staff. Lot's there. Just not looking after customers. Will never go there again.
Drive thru was fast, chicken was greasy wasn't as crunchy as it should have been. Chips were perfect wasn't over salty like normal, and potato and gravy was yummy.
