   I just had the Dead sea mud mask facial and it was amazing. Loved it! My face feels amazing & the head/shoulders massage was awesome. Really happy with my tinted eyelashes. Overall a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

   My partner booked a double massage for my mum and I and it was our worst experience to date. We had 2 ladies, Yen and Penny Firstly, they led us into our room to change closed the door and 30 seconds later knocked to ask if we’re ready and upon no response they barged in anyway and got frustrated that we weren’t ready and laying on the beds yet. They then proceeded to force us onto the bed and laughed at us instead of leaving the room and giving us some more time to get ready. Secondly, 1 min into the massage my mum told the Penny the pressure was too much for her and to go slower. Both girls then started mocking my mums voice and laughing at her asking to go slower. This went on for couple and mins and we were very uncomfortable and far from relaxed. During the massage the girls kept talking to each other in their language and giggling which was extremely unprofessional and not relaxing for us. Near the end, mum complimented the head massage Penny gave and both girls burst into laughter and starting mocking us and talking in their own language at this point they laughed for several minutes which felt really disrespectful. We were nothing but polite, we get a lot of massages but we’ve never seen such rude and disrespectful behaviour before. They treated us awful and I can’t believe we payed to lay there and be mocked and laughed at. Please don’t visit this place, we felt really ridiculed and disappointed by the whole experience.

   “I had such a deeply healing experience here. The two-hour massage – both facial and full body – felt like true therapy for my soul as well as my body. Every touch carried a sense of care and presence, and the therapist’s full concentration was on me the entire time. The atmosphere is serene, quiet, and beautifully separated from the outside world – no noise, no distractions, only peace. Unlike other places, this felt like a sanctuary where I could fully let go. The facial left me glowing, the massage left me renewed, and the energy of the place felt truly spiritual and restorative. This is by far the most beautiful Thai massage I have ever experienced, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. 200% worth it for anyone seeking not just relaxation, but real healing

   I discovered this place nearly 18 years ago and recently started coming back for massages and facials - and wow, I’m so glad Im back again! The quality of the massage is unmatched. Even after just a 45-minute session, I wake up the next day feeling noticeably better - they really know how to work through muscle tension in all the right ways. I’ve also had the best Brazilian waxing, eyebrow, and eyelash tinting here - better than anywhere else I’ve been. Can’t wait to return for more beauty treatments. Absolutely love this place!

   Cocoon Thai Spa is first place I've experience Thai massage, which is different from typical massage establishments. I booked for packaged deal for a massage and facial, then an additional eyebrow waxing. Overall, massage experience was pretty good. The masseuse had a good technique with decent pressure. However, since this is my very first time here. The intimate stretching experience was a bit unusual. At the end of the session, the lady tried twisting my back to stretch my lower back, which made me uncomfortable, and cause discomfort. Since I suffer lower back pains, I suggest to give customers a heads-up for this sudden stretching or require customer to fill in an information sheet with health issues, so the masseuse is aware of this and perform these stretches with caution. Also, the lady who took care of me didn't seem too confident with eyebrow waxing. Unfortunately, there was some language barrier, so it took a while for her to get the brow to the desired shape. In my experience, the spa therapist would usually soothe and relax the area before applying more wax into it, as it would eventually burn after each application. Unfortunately, this was not the case in my experience, and this area on my face felt burning at the end of the session, after waxing several times to get the desired brow outcome. Overall, I would recommend people to go to Cocoon Thai Spa. The facial and massage package I had was very relaxing. Even waiting for the mask to hydrate my face, the spa therapist would continue massaging me. But I'd suggest to research more into Thai massage rather than expecting it to be similar to other massage establishments (that's my fault). Also, I wouldn't recommend getting your brows waxed here.
