   We ordered beef te awamutu and pasta Arabiatta..It was delicious and filling.I guess its one of the best pastas i have around Te Awamutu.Though the waiting time was bit long it was worth it.

   3.5 | this was a tough one to review. Food overall is fairly tasty, even with a bit of a limited menu (approx 4 entrees and 4 mains). Challenge here was two elements - 1) we found a small sharp piece of metal our mashed potatoes which was concerning, seems like a one off accident and they gave us dessert on the house as an apology 2) the service was pretty poor (slow, not understanding our order, not bringing a steak knife for a steak and being very difficult to cut even though they are sitting on the counter, etc), this aspect is especially magnified considering we were one of only 2 tables in the entire restaurant. Price point is on the higher end of the spectrum for what you are getting. Overall may recommend exploring other options in the area before coming here.

   I’m writing this review while I still sitting here! Me and my partner cannot describe how good it is, the food is amazing and could easily compete with a hat restaurant! I have been working in hospitality for a very long time and I can say this is a gem!!!
