   From initially messaging and setting up the job on Sunday to the job being completed the following morning, I mean, it just does not get any better than that! Service at it's very best. They replaced a toilet suite and it was completed to a high standard! The team onsite were great to work with and kept me up to date while the job was in progress. These guys will be my first port of call moving forward!

   Chad and his team are reliable, efficient and respond in a timely manner! Could not ask for a more professional plumber. Done 2 jobs in 2 years for us. Yesterday I had a leaky hot water cylinder that became urgent and Chad responded straight away. I called before 9am, he came 30 mins later, flushed water from my old cylinder, had a new cylinder ordered by 11am and then all installed, day of! He even checked in with me the next day to double check everything was in working order. Thank you Chad and team for your prompt response and professional service. Highly recommend!!

   I called Ur Plumber because my wife had previously such good service from them. They didn’t disappoint and I would highly recommend them. Chad understood the priority of my call and responded to it in a very timely way. The fix was in a very difficult to access area under the house, but the team were no fuss, focused and worked out how to get there in no time. The cost was very reasonable and clearly explained on the invoice. My thanks!

   Too expensive. Marked up prices on parts. He gets it for a trade price and he charge hourly to go get it from supplier and on top of that he marks up the price. Be careful. Good job done though by the employee
