   I asked what Item where included and excluded in the Bonds 30% off sale - was told everything was included. I double checked by asking "so are the orange sticker items on sale too?" "yes everything is", so I purchased substantially more items. Only to find on my receipt six orange sticker items where not discounted further. Yesterday when I returned to query I was told no orange stickers are not, for me to say, well these orange sticker items on my receipt where discounted, so some are and some clearly are not. "Oh well no, not everything", she now states, "Kid's orange sticker is, Adults orange sticker is not". Lady with glasses serving me felt the need to use her outside voice to try and embarrass me in front of other customers also at counter. I don't mind about the $10-$15 I've been overcharged, but I do care when SALES specials are not clear and when I get told incorrect information, especially from apparently a store manager, which confirms that perhaps even the staff don't know what is on special or not and that information is not clear; either to customers or staff! Head office time to clear this up. I've been shopping here for over 10 years and the way I was spoken to yesterday and the way this particular 'team member/assistant manager' spoke to another staff member and myself at the time was unacceptable. If your ill-advised staff can't sort something nicely or amicably with a kind attitude, pass it onto a senior team member, or someone at head office who can, don't try an argue a confusing point with a long time, genuine customer, it make Bonds look un-informed and unprofessional. I would give 0 stars for this yuck experience.

   We bought some jockey on clearance and the legs were so tight they wouldn't have fit anyone literally!! Looked through the store for ages and there are literally no sizes in what you want. Had to get them cheaper at the Warehouse!! Will not go there again.
